I believe in playing the long game with health and functional movement.

No gimmicks or tricks here but good solid evidence based pilates classes. In addition I offer barre and flow classes (stretch and mobility, if you dont know what that is!!)

I highly recommend two classes a week as very good practice and I have a range of payment and class options for you to choose from.
